WHY THIS EXISTS

A tool for the in-between.

Recovery is personal. ACOG says resuming exercise after birth depends on whether it is medically safe, the type of delivery, and complications. NHS pelvic-health guidance flags symptoms such as heaviness, leakage, abdominal bulging, or worsening pain as reasons to reduce intensity and seek professional advice.

Unscored helps you capture what happened and prepare to talk it through. It does not set a timetable, grade your recovery, or tell you to exercise through a symptom.
